Role & Responsibilities
* Implementing and overseeing all People related strategies.
* Providing direction, vision and leadership for the People department through forward-thinking management.
* Develop common global guidelines and policies for the recently opened new offices and remote-work.
* Expanding, leading and coaching the team to continue creating success stories within the People department.
* Re-shape and develop the hiring strategies and TA and Employer Branding team so as to bring it to the next level.
* Being part of the Executive Leadership team.
