OVERVIEW
My client is a Global Fashion retailer with more than 6000 sales points across the globe. In this position you will be a Business Partner for all the stores across the DACH Region.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Advising the store managers on the whole employee lifecycle
-
Prepare evaluation reports
-
Ensure up-to-date local employee data within the Global HQ HR Information system
-
Facilitate the recruitment process in all stores
-
Prepare employment contracts and legal documents
-
Ensure compliance with local legislation and global policies
-
Ensure all managers use the workforce administration tool for employees employed in stores, including:
-
Initiating HR transactions in HR systems (HR admin and time registration)
-
Monthly checks
-
Prepare the payroll input monthly and follow up with the payroll coordinator at HQ.
SKILLS REQUIRED
-
Finished relevant bachelor degree
-
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR
-
Relevant experience in relevant Apparel, Fashion and/or Retail industry

Excellent communication and relationship skills

Able to influence without authority

Exceptional organizational skills

Fully comfortable working in English and German
