My client is a Global Technology business in Munich. They are currently undergoing a transformation, and they are looking for a strong Global Head of Recruiting that is going to build a Talent Acquisition strategy and team from scratch. They have highly ambitious growth plans.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating and developing the Talent Acquisition strategy across the 13 markets globally
- Developing and managing the Global Talent Acquisition Team
- Being End-to-end responsible for the entire recruiting pipeline across different continents
- Coordinating all kinds of HR and Recruiting projects and cocreate the future HR setting
- Identification and implementation of target group-specific talent sourcing measures and ensuring an excellent candidate experience
- Developing the employer branding strategy for the group
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Finished Relevant Bachelor or Masters degree
- minimum of 10 years of experience in a high paced, Analytical HR or Recruitment environment
- Minimum of 4 years of Leadership experience
- Enthusiastic and Empathic
- Great Stakeholder Management
- Very good knowledge of the applicant market, subject-specific recruiting channels and a strong interest in IT topics
- Very good knowledge of German and English
