My client is one of the global leaders in their business with more than 50.000 employees globally. Within the recruitment team in Berlin we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent the company across Europe and create excitement for people to join the company
- Be a recruitment partner for candidates in all stages of the hiring process and create a top-notch candidate experience
- Be the central contact person and process manager throughout the hiring stages
- Create and execute the best recruitment strategy for the role
- Source candidates at different levels
- Create active candidate pools and oversee the pipeline for future potential hires
- Other assigned projects
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Finished relevant Bachelor or Masters degree
- 3-5 years of relevant recruitment experience in a fast-paced and international environment
- Active sourcing experience
- You love to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders across different regions.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- You are fluent in English and Dutch/German or French.
